Straight answers about GTA 6 cheats, cheat codes, and what 6cheats actually is.
The questions we get asked most about Grand Theft Auto 6 cheats - answered plainly, and updated as Rockstar confirms more.
Almost certainly yes. Every mainline Grand Theft Auto game since GTA 3 has shipped with cheat codes, and GTA 5 launched with dozens. Rockstar has not released the GTA 6 list yet because the game is not out - GTA 6 launches on 19 November 2026. We will publish every confirmed code the day it goes live.
There is no official GTA 6 cheat code list yet, and anyone posting a full list today is guessing. Codes are usually revealed at or shortly after launch. We document each one - button combinations on console, console commands and in-game phone codes - the moment it is confirmed.
In-game cheat codes are a built-in feature and are completely safe in single-player. The most they do is disable achievements or saving for that session. They are not the same as third-party cheat software, trainers or hacks, which can get your account banned - and which 6cheats does not provide. We only cover the official, in-game codes.
Across the series the favourites are the spawn-a-vehicle and weapon codes, lower wanted level, and infinite-health style cheats, with GTA San Andreas codes the most quoted of all. We will map the GTA 6 equivalents to these classics as soon as the real codes land.
No. Cheat codes are a single-player feature. They are switched off in GTA Online to keep multiplayer fair, and using third-party hacks online will get you banned. Everything we publish is for single-player only.
No. 6cheats is an independent fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. We report news and document cheat codes - we do not represent the publisher and we do not sell software.
