Giveaway rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Buying anything will not improve your chances of winning.
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by BCP Momentum, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique with a share capital of 100 EUR, registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 107 187 700, VAT number FR61107187700 (the “Organizer”). Contact: contact@6cheats.com.
The Organizer publishes 6cheats, an independent fan site. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way with, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft or any store linked from this site.
2. Who can enter
Open to individuals who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) on the date they enter. Void where prohibited by law. The Organizer's director and the members of his household may not enter. One entry per person: entries made with several addresses belonging to the same person, or with temporary addresses, are void.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted from the publication of this giveaway on 6cheats.com until November 18, 2026 at 23:59 Paris time. The draw takes place on November 19, 2026, the release day of GTA 6.
4. How to enter
Submit a valid email address on the giveaway page, then confirm it by clicking the link we send to that address. An entry only counts once it is confirmed, and confirmation must happen before the draw. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional, separate from the giveaway and has no effect on your chances.
5. Bonus entries
Each confirmed entry counts as 1 entry in the draw. Each entrant also gets a personal invite link: every new entrant who signs up through it and confirms their address earns the inviter 3 more entries, up to 50 credited friends. Sharing the link once from your entries page earns 2 more entries. Entries obtained with fake, automated or duplicate addresses are void.
6. Prize
One (1) winner receives one digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S, at the winner's choice, delivered as a download code. Approximate retail value: 99.99 USD / 99.99 EUR. Only if the prize cannot be delivered, for example because it is not sold in the winner's country, the Organizer substitutes store credit of equivalent value on the winner's PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store account or, where neither store is available, a gift card of the same value. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
7. Draw and odds
On November 19, 2026, the winner is drawn at random among confirmed entries. Each entrant has as many chances as entries: an entrant with 7 entries is seven times as likely to win as an entrant with 1. Your odds depend on the total number of entries received.
8. Winner notification
The winner is notified by email at the address they entered with and has 7 days to reply. Without a reply in that time, or if the winner does not meet these rules, a new winner is drawn under the same conditions.
9. Personal data
The Organizer processes the data collected for this giveaway (your email address, your invite code and who invited you, your number of entries) as data controller, for the sole purpose of running the giveaway and contacting the winner. It is kept no longer than six months after the draw, then deleted. Your address only joins the newsletter if you ticked its separate box and confirmed your entry. Your rights and the processors involved are described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes
The Organizer may amend, suspend or cancel this giveaway where required for legal, technical or fraud-prevention reasons, and will announce any change on this page.
11. Governing law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
