GTA 5 Stunt Jumps: All 50 Locations and How to Land Them

GTA 5 hides 50 Unique Stunt Jumps across Los Santos and Blaine County, and you only need to land 25 of them for 100% game completion - but all 50 unlock the "Show Off" trophy and achievement. Below is every ramp, sorted by region, plus what it actually takes to clear each one without wrecking your car mid-air.

The essentials:

  • GTA 5 has exactly 50 Unique Stunt Jumps, split between Blaine County (10) and Los Santos (40).
  • Landing 25 of 50 counts toward the game's 100% completion percentage.
  • Landing all 50 unlocks the "Show Off" trophy on PS4/PS5 and the matching Xbox achievement.
  • Unlike GTA IV, there is no cash reward for a stunt jump in GTA 5 - just the on-screen notification and the completion stat.
  • Most jumps reward speed and a straight approach; a few need a specific vehicle type (bike, motorcycle) to clear the gap.

What counts as a stunt jump in GTA 5?

A Unique Stunt Jump is a fixed ramp or gap somewhere on the map that Rockstar built specifically to be jumped. Drive into one fast enough and the game freezes the action for a cinematic slow-motion shot of your car in the air, then flashes "Stunt Jump" on screen once you land (or crash) nearby. They're separate from the random ramps and hills scattered across San Andreas - only these 50 count toward the stat, and each one only registers once.

They're also different from GTA Online's stunt races and the freemode stunt jumps added later - this list covers the single-player Story Mode jumps that exist in GTA 5 from launch, the same 50 spots whether you're playing as Michael, Franklin or Trevor.

How many do you actually need?

Two separate goals, two separate numbers:

  • 100% completion: you need 25 out of 50, any combination. The game tracks this under the "Stunt Jumps" line in the Strangers and Freaks / Statistics menu.
  • "Show Off" trophy/achievement: you need all 50. There's no partial credit and no way to skip a jump - if one location doesn't register, you have to come back and land it properly, usually a matter of hitting the ramp more square-on or carrying more speed.

If you're chasing full completion alongside other collectibles, it's worth running stunt jumps in the same session as the GTA 5 spaceship parts or letter scraps hunts, since several ramps sit close to those collectible spots.

Tips to land every jump cleanly

  • Speed matters more than the vehicle. Most jumps just need you at or near top speed in a straight line before the ramp. If you fall short and the game doesn't register the jump, come back and try with more of a run-up.
  • A few gaps only fit bikes or motorcycles. Milton Road and Raton Canyon are the classic examples - a car is either too wide or can't build enough speed on the terrain.
  • Watch for the slow-motion cue. If the camera doesn't switch to a cinematic angle mid-air, the jump hasn't registered - land safely and try again rather than assuming it counted.
  • Save collectible runs for daylight. Several Los Santos ramps sit on rooftops and dockyards that are much easier to spot with good visibility; night runs are best left for jumps you already know.
  • Use fast travel between clusters. The southeast Los Santos group (numbers 28 to 42) sits close enough together to clear in one uninterrupted loop, which is the fastest way to bank a big chunk of the 50.

Best vehicles for stunt jumps

A fast sports car (a Sultan, a Banshee or anything with strong acceleration) covers most of the 50 jumps without issue. For the handful of narrow gaps like Milton Road or Raton Canyon, switch to the PCJ-600 or Bati 801 - motorcycles clear tight spaces a car simply can't fit through. If you're doing a dedicated collectible run, it's worth comparing notes with the GTA 5 submarine parts guide too - between stunt jumps, spaceship parts, submarine pieces and letter scraps, Rockstar built a genuinely huge amount of San Andreas around collectibles, and route-planning them together saves hours over chasing each list separately.

If you're the type who treats every drive across Los Santos as a race against the clock, the same speed and line discipline that lands a clean stunt jump carries straight over to the game's speedrunning techniques - and if you'd rather laugh at traffic doing something stupid instead, the city's funniest driving glitches are worth a detour on your way between ramps.
