Can you actually cancel a GTA 6 pre-order?

PS5: how to cancel and get refunded

For a GTA 6 pre-order bought through the PlayStation Store, Sony's cancellation policy is the one to know:

• You can cancel a pre-order of digital content at any time before the release date and get refunded to your PSN wallet.
• If you pre-ordered within 14 days of release, you keep a refund window of 14 days from the date you paid, even if that runs past November 19.
• The condition that overrides all of the above: you must not have started downloading or streaming the main part of the order. If Automatic Downloads is switched on in your PS5 settings, GTA 6 can start pre-loading on its own once it becomes available, and that silently locks you out of a refund.
