GTA 6 PS5 and Xbox Bundles: Every Console Pack Spotted and Its Real Price

Want a new console and GTA 6 in one box? Here is the short version: as of 1 November 2026, neither Sony, Microsoft nor Rockstar has announced an official GTA 6 console bundle. What you can buy today are retailer-made packs, a console and a game code sold together by one shop, and most of them cost the same as, or more than, buying the two separately. This guide lists every pack we could verify, what it really costs, and when an official bundle could still appear.

The essentials

• No official bundle yet. No PS5 or Xbox Series X|S bundle carries a Sony, Microsoft or Rockstar announcement. GTA 6 itself is sold alone at $79.99 / 79.99 euros (Standard) and $99.99 / 99.99 euros (Ultimate).
• Retailer packs exist in the UK (EE) and Germany (Otto). Prices have moved several times and are reported, not fixed.
• Packs are rarely cheaper. Otto's PS5 Pro pack costs roughly 620 euros more than the console and the game at Sony's recommended prices.
• In the US, Best Buy runs a reward, not a bundle: a $50 certificate when a console and a GTA 6 pre-order are bought in the same order.
• Xbox: nothing. No Series X or Series S pack has been reported anywhere.
• The game in every pack is a download code. There is no disc in the GTA 6 box, so a disc drive is optional for this game.
• Watch window: if Sony repeats the GTA V playbook, an official pack would be announced around mid-November for Black Friday (27 November 2026). Nothing confirms it.

Is there an official GTA 6 PS5 bundle?

No, not yet. PlayStation's own GTA 6 page sells the game alone, with the pre-order bonus (the Vintage Vice City Pack) and, on the PS Store, a free month of GTA+. Sony's only GTA 6 hardware so far is the pair of limited-edition DualSense controllers, which we covered in our GTA 6 DualSense controller guide.

One announcement caused confusion. Sony is launching a Midnight Black PS5 Digital Edition on 19 November 2026, the same day as GTA 6, at 55,000 yen. It is sold in Japan only, it does not include the game, and Sony has announced no plan to bring it to Europe or North America. It is a coincidence of dates, not a GTA bundle.

Every GTA 6 console pack we could verify

Prices below are the last reported figures, with the date they were read. Retail packs change price without notice, so always check the shop's page before paying.

UK: EE's two PS5 packs

EE, the British mobile operator, was the first to list PS5 packs with GTA 6. They are sold through EE's own shop and can be spread over an EE bill. The PS5 Slim pack first appeared at 589.99 pounds (against 639.98 pounds for the two items bought separately at the time), and later reports put it at 603 pounds, with the PS5 Pro pack at 843 pounds. The game inside is the Standard Edition as a code, and it requires a UK-registered PlayStation account.

Germany: Otto's three packs

Otto listed three packs on 20 October 2026, all shipping on 19 November. The German press was not impressed: Netzwelt wrote that the packs are "not particularly discounted", and PC Games estimated that the PS5 Pro pack costs about 620 euros more than its two items at their normal prices. The math backs it up. Since Sony's European price increase of 2 April 2026, the recommended prices are 649.99 euros for the PS5 with a disc drive and 899.99 euros for the PS5 Pro. Add GTA 6 at 79.99 euros and you get about 730 euros and 980 euros, against Otto's 899 and 1,599 euros.

US: Best Buy's $50 certificate

Best Buy does not sell a GTA 6 console pack. Instead, My Best Buy members who buy an eligible PS5 or Xbox Series X|S (refurbished models included) and pre-order GTA 6 in the same order receive a $50 reward certificate around 25 November. The certificate is reported as valid for 45 days, one per member. Check the offer page for the console list before ordering.

France and the rest of Europe

No French retailer has listed an official GTA 6 console pack. Some comparison sites quote a PS5 Slim plus GTA 6 pack at a French chain, but we could not find the listing on the retailer's own site, so we leave it out. Operator offers (a discounted PS5 with an internet box contract) have existed in France in 2026, but they did not include the game and came with a 24-month commitment.

Xbox Series X|S: no GTA 6 pack at all

We found no Xbox pack with GTA 6 at any retailer, in any country. The Microsoft Store lists the game at $79.99 with the Vintage Vice City Pack, and the Ultimate Edition at $99.99. The "In this bundle" line on the store page refers to the game plus its pre-order bonus, not to a console.

If you are on Xbox, the console choice matters more than a pack. Read our Xbox Series S expectations for GTA 6 before you pick the cheaper machine.

Will Sony release an official bundle before Black Friday?

It is possible, and history gives a rough calendar. When GTA V came to PS4 in November 2014, Sony announced a PS4 bundle with the game a few days before Black Friday, at $399.99 in the US. In 2013, GTA V had also launched alongside PS3 console packs in several markets.

If Sony follows the same timing this year, an announcement would land around 10 to 13 November, ahead of Black Friday on 27 November 2026. That is a pattern, not a promise: no source we trust reports one in preparation, and Sony has so far chosen to promote GTA 6 through the PS Store pre-order and the DualSense controllers.

Is a pack worth it?

A pack is a convenience, not a discount. Before you buy one, check these points:

1. Do the math. Add the console's current price and 79.99 for the game. If the pack costs more, buy the two separately.
2. Check the edition. Every pack we found includes the Standard Edition. If you want the Ultimate content, see which GTA 6 edition to buy and budget the upgrade.
3. Pick the right console first. A pack with the wrong machine is no bargain. Our PS5 vs PS5 Pro comparison for GTA 6 explains when the Pro is worth it.
4. The disc drive is optional for GTA 6. The box holds a download code, not a disc, as we explained in GTA 6's physical edition has no disc. A digital console plays it just as well.
5. Buy in your own country. The GTA 6 code in a box only redeems in its store region. A pack bought from a German or British shop can come with a code your account cannot use.
6. Beware of fake bundles. Pages promising a "GTA 6 early access" PS5 Pro or a pack far below the price of the console alone are the classic scam pattern. Our guide to avoiding GTA 6 pre-order scams shows how to spot them.

Key dates

• 12 November 2026: pre-load opens and boxed copies start shipping.
• 10 to 13 November: the window where a late official bundle would fit, based on the GTA V precedent.
• 19 November 2026: GTA 6 launches at midnight in your store's time zone.
• 25 November: Best Buy's $50 certificates are due.
• 27 November 2026: Black Friday.

Bottom line

There is no official GTA 6 console bundle today, on PlayStation or Xbox. The packs that exist in the UK and Germany are mostly the same price as, or more expensive than, a console and the game bought separately. If you need a console for launch day, buy the one that suits you at the best price you can find, add the game, and keep an eye on mid-November in case Sony surprises everyone. We will update this guide if an official bundle is announced.
