GTA 6: The Album Officially Announced - Tracklist, Artists and Prices

Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is no longer a rumor. Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records have jointly confirmed GTA 6's official soundtrack: a 34-track collection built to capture the energy of Vice City and the wider state of Leonida. Six songs are already streaming, and CD, vinyl and limited-edition vinyl pre-orders opened within hours of the announcement - the limited vinyl sold out almost immediately.

This is separate from the music you will actually hear driving around in-game. The Album is a standalone commercial release, original songs inspired by the world of GTA 6, sold on streaming, CD and vinyl the way a film soundtrack is. It is not the same as the licensed tracks confirmed so far for the in-game radio stations (see our full breakdown of every GTA 6 radio station and confirmed trailer song).

What Is GTA 6: The Album?

GTA 6: The Album is a 34-song record co-produced by Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records, built specifically around the world of Grand Theft Auto VI rather than pulled from an existing catalog. Rockstar has described the roster as "genre-defying," and the six songs revealed so far back that up: trap, country, drum and bass, Latin pop and rock all sit on the same tracklist. It is the first time Rockstar has released a dedicated original-music album this size alongside a mainline GTA game, rather than leaning purely on the licensed radio format the series is known for.

When Does GTA 6: The Album Come Out?

The digital release, streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal and Amazon Music, is timed to match the GTA 6 release date of November 19, 2026. Physical formats ship a day later, on November 20. If you are also planning around a physical copy of the game, worth noting the irony: GTA 6's physical edition famously ships with no disc inside, while the soundtrack gets a full CD and double-vinyl release.

The limited-edition pressing sold out fast enough that most buyers never got a shot at it. Rockstar has not confirmed a restock, so treat any listing claiming to have leftover limited-edition stock with suspicion, especially outside the official storefront.
