GTA 5 Phone Cheat Codes: The Complete List of Numbers to Dial

Every GTA 5 cheat can be entered on the in-game cell phone, on every platform, without memorizing a single button combination. Dial the number, hit call, and the effect kicks in immediately. Here is the complete list of phone numbers, grouped by what they do, plus the exact steps to enter them and the fine print Rockstar does not put on the dial pad.

Essentials

• Open the phone: tap Up on the d-pad (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One) or your assigned phone key (PC), then go to the keypad.
• Dial the full number, including the "1-999" prefix, and press call. A short confirmation message and tone mean it worked.
• Story mode only: none of these numbers do anything in GTA Online. Cheats have been disabled there for years.
• Achievements and trophies switch off the moment a cheat activates, for the rest of that session.
• Nothing saves: reload, restart or die, and every cheat you had running turns itself back off.

Why use the phone instead of a button combo

The phone method exists on every platform, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, and it is far more forgiving than a controller combo. There is no timing window to miss and no chance of a stray input canceling the whole sequence. The tradeoff is speed: dialing a 10-digit number takes longer than tapping out a combo you have memorized. If you only use a cheat once or twice a session, the phone is the easiest way in. If you are chaining several cheats back to back in the middle of a firefight, the button combo (covered in our controller cheat code guide) is faster once you know it.

Vehicle spawn phone numbers

Most vehicle cheats are better known as button combos or PC console codes, but every one of them has a working phone number too. Dial one of these and the vehicle drops onto the nearest open patch of road next to your character.

Tips for dialing cheats without wasting a call

• Stand still on foot first. Dialing mid-sprint, mid-jump, or during a cutscene often fails to register the effect even if the call connects.
• Watch the top-left corner. A small confirmation message flashes there the moment a cheat activates. No message means try again.
• Give vehicle spawns room. They appear on the nearest open ground to your character. Dial one in a tight alley or underwater and it can spawn stuck or destroyed.
• Save before you cheat if you care about achievements. There is no way to keep trophies active with a cheat running; the only fix is reloading a save from before you dialed.
• You can stack cheats. Nothing stops you from dialing moon gravity and super jump back to back. Some of the funniest results in GTA 5 come from combining two or three at once.

Does the phone method work on every platform?

Yes. The in-game cell phone and its dial pad are identical across PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The only platforms where phone numbers are not the primary method are the original 2013 PS3 and Xbox 360 releases, which use their own separate button-combo list. On PC, the phone numbers work exactly the same as on console, in addition to the keyboard console commands.

Is there a phone number for a money cheat?

No. There has never been a money cheat in GTA 5 story mode, by phone or any other method, and any site or video claiming otherwise is misleading you. The legitimate way to get rich in single-player is Lester's assassination missions combined with stock market investments; every other "money cheat" floating around is either fake or tied to third-party save editors and mod menus, which Rockstar and Take-Two do not support and which put your save and your online account at risk. Stick to the numbers above.
